The temple
complex is spread out on 2 acres of land donated by Smt. Rathi Shetty in
Kodavoor Village, Udupi district. The temple was ready in 1998. The
temple is divided into three sections each dedicated to Shri Shirdi
Saibaba, Shri Nityananda Swami and Shri Raghavendra Swami.
